PharmaLink and their subsidiary brands, RxTakeback and MedFlats are all focused on providing the pharmaceutical supply chain an honest and efficient solution for their pharmaceutical returns. Working with manufactures, wholesalers, and pharmacies nationwide, PharmaLink offers tools that boast simplicity and time savings. We were able to help them develop their brands, provide training documents, and enhance the user experience for their customer portals.
PharmaLink’s customer portal is branded as “Encore”. This portal allows customers to input, track, and manage their returns. Offloading this task and is a unique selling proposition of PharmaLink and is one of the main reasons that customers choose their solution.
Medflats was created to sell a simple return service to veterinarians and clinical customers. The brand was enhanced with a newly designed container, updated graphics, website, customer portal, and collateral.
RxTakeBack was a brand that focused on consumer take-back programs. This brand was a response to the government initiative to provide an outlet to remove addictive C2 drugs from homes. Pharmacies can purchase a smaller receptacle to allow their customers to drop off their drugs. Pharmacies were provided an easy outlet to record and return the contents of their kiosk.
