Quala is a B2B company that supports the Transportation Industry. As the largest network of tank cleaning services nationwide, Quala is North America’s trusted source for all container cleaning & maintenance needs. Acquiring most of their network through acquisitions, this business was looking to enhance their brand image by increasing aspects of safety, enhance their brand image, and increase their visibility online.
In order to communicate brand guidelines, a brand book was developed. The document contained the color palette of the company, fonts, imagery guidelines, and collateral examples. This document helped to create a cohesive message across the network.
To make sure that employees were purchasing the correct brand and adhering to the branding guidelines an employee portal was created. This portal allowed staff members to submit requests for materials that they needed any time of day. This helped the company to track the costs of promotional items and apparel.
